The space
Luxuriously furnished sea front two storey, all-season villa in one minute walking-distance-to-the-beach.
There is a subway passage just outside from the house leading to a almost private sandy beach.!!
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has wireless internet access, central heating, a/c, wooden and marble floors, a fireplace, and beautiful covered terrace in the backyard with lemon trees.
The interior consists of two levels. The first level includes the fully equipped kitchen, living room, office and dinning room with WC.
In the second floor there are two bedroms with two bathrooms Parking is always available outside of the house.

Saronida is a lovely seaside town frequented by Athenians during the summer and in the latetest years become permanent due to its many facilities, super markets,cinemas, banks, caffes bars and restaurants....
The sea is crystal clear !!
Lovely seaside tavernas or meat carvery restaurants.
Saronida town is perfect for short breaks or long stays.
Just outside of the house there is the bus station.
It was my permanent house for many years,due to my mothers health I had to move in Athens and Im really heartbroke.....
