Positive: The apartment is well located, just a 6-minute walk from the metro station. There are many inexpensive restaurants around the metro area. A supermarket is located directly opposite the apartment. The apartment itself is small, but the balcony makes a big difference and is comfortable to sit on. The apartment and furniture are a bit worn, but everything is clean and works properly. We even managed to use the washing machine without any problems. The window faces a fairly busy street, but surprisingly this did not bother us at all. There is a small kitchenette, but it is not really suitable for cooking full meals; however, it is fine for reheating ready-made food. Check-in involved a bit of a quest to find the key — we did not realize at first that it was not at the door, as usual, but in a technical cabinet next to the door. The Wi-Fi is shared for the whole building and there was no information about how to connect, but the host sent the access details upon request

Negative: It is quite cramped for three people and there is little space for large luggage. However, this is Japan, and if you want to stay in a good area at a reasonable price, this is something to be prepared for.

Summary: Good value for money, recimend!
