PROPERTY: Modern beach house. Bathed in natural light, with high ceilings, it is located on a shady residential street, 1.5 block from the beach, in San Juan’s Park Boulevard community (Ocean Park neighborhood). The property is a two-story house, with two apartments on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor (the three apartments are completely separate and have their own entrances). The apartment that is being presented here is the one on the 2nd floor. The apartment is 1460 sqft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large private patio, and a dedicated parking space.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom (yellow) has a queen bed, roll-up blinds, a large walk-in closet and a fully-equipped bathroom. The second bedroom (orange) has a king bed, roll up blinds and large closet. The third bedroom (blue) has a robust iron bunk bed with two full mattresses, a twin bed, light-blocking curtains and a large closet. The three bedrooms have new (quiet) air conditioning units. Each bed has quality, fresh linens, pillows and blankets.
BATHROOMS: There are two fully equipped bathrooms. A hair dryer, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap), fresh bath towels and beach towels are included. In addition, there is also an outside shower conveniently located on the side of the house, which you can use to rinse off when you come back from the beach.
KITCHEN: The large open kitchen is perfect to cook a home meal and enjoy a dinner at home. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a 4-burner cooking range, a traditional oven, a blender, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Dinner ware, glass ware, pans, kitchen utensils and basic cooking spices/oil are all included. And coffee as well, of course ! I love to cook and made sure you would find everything you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. The kitchen opens onto a dining area with a large table, which can comfortably sit up to 9 people for meals.
LIVING ROOM & PATIO: The living room, which is equipped with a (quiet) air conditioning unit, has a comfortable sectional sofa. It connects to a large private patio, equipped with outdoor furniture - perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or the late afternoon breeze.
BBQ: you are welcome to use the backyard with its gaz BBQ and its large dining table
LAUNDRY: A washer and dryer are available for guests on the property’s premises.
INTERNET: Free WIFI is available in the house.
BEACH ESSENTIALS: There are 2 beaches within a short walking distance of the house. We provide beach towels, as well as beach essentials to enjoy a day at the beach: some beach chairs, couple of body boards, foam noodles,umbrella, a fishing road, a kite as well as a cooler.
