Positive: Property was clean and spacious we booked this site purely for the club house facilities mainly the swimming pool but we arrived on Saturday for 4 days to be told on Sunday the pool is closed until wed which was very annoying as that was our entire stay and due to the horrendous wet weather our outlet to keep a 3 and 6 year old occupied this was due to a fault but imo when your renting during peak season this should of been fixed quicker than they said, I have to say that Brian who manages the property went out of his way to see if we could use another campsite swimming pool but as it was high season it wasn’t possible for us to do that so very disappointed grandchildren my 3 night stay wasn’t cheap so felt let down but no fault of the company .

Negative: I have stayed on Hobourn before in a better location this location was not as quiet as the traffic flow past us was constant and people coming home from the clubhouse were quite noisy with small children it was quite noisy.

Summary: I like hobourn, not the location of van for me personally, Brian very welcoming clubhouse not very forthcoming regarding
