Positive: The apartment was situated in a picturesque old property in a good location in the little town. The layout was nearly open-plan with the kitchen running into the sitting room and then the sleeping area. The bed and sitting area was comfortable and there was a large modern TV with world-wide stations. It was a short walk or cycle ride from the ferry to the nearby Island of Bogø (linked to Mon where the scenery is spectacular) and a little longer to the supermarket "Netto". The little private garden was attractive hand has been tended with care and there were flowers and a lovely arrangement in the place to greet up.

Negative: It would be helpful to have a file of instructions to explain the equipment (washing machine, coffee make, microwave). although the hosts lived on site, we did not meet Jan until the 3rd day of our visit. (he was very friendly and explained that he had done most of the renovation himself) We found the shower wet room very wet and not convenient as it was beside the front door furthest from the bedroom. This would have been better for 3 days than 7. Having said that, we enjoyed our visit.
