Sourronded by an abundance off birds (313 species) and various small Antelopes such as Dik Diks, Bushbucks, Impala, Thomson gazelles, Grants gazelles, Gerenuk as well as small mammals such as Mongooes, you truly feel you are in Africa.
The Cottage consists off 4 en-suite bedrooms, (3 located in the main house and a 4th in the courtyard), openplan living and dining area, fully eqquipt kitchen, courtyard with private swimming pool and open veranda with view towards fairway number 7. It's tastefully decorated using local materials and art, to get the "Out of Africa" fell, but with all the comforts off home.
The Cottage is only a 2 min walk from the driving range with its stunning view off Mount Kilimanjaro and the Golf Club House. The 18-hole championship golf course that is designed by the former European Tour champion and Irish National coach, David Jones. A golfers paradise.
And for the non golfer; beautiful walks around the course, birdwatching, horse riding, Polo at Nduruma polo club just 15 min away by car, Arusha National Park just next door, scenic helicopter flights or take a short safari to one off Tanzanias famous National Parks.
