Positive: The place is good, beach is very close. Spar grocery store and cafe 2 minutes from the apartment.

Negative: 1. Not clean, the apartment needs general cleaning, bad smell. 2. Furniture and facilities are old, used, some broken, need replacement. 3. Pictures on booking.com are very misleading. 4. Swimming pools are on the other side of the parking and street. 5. Noisy place, huge building with many apartments, some neighbours were noisy up until 3 am. 6. The apartment is quite dark. 7. No sun shield on the terrace, so in fact it's not usable.
