Summary: Property doesn't give advance instructions to check in. Never answered E mails or phone calls. Hotels.com should NOT allow restricted- imposible properties to offer so much restricted services. Apartments have no windows at all. Is like jail cel enclosed with no fresh air,no ventilation. NEVER AGAIN
