Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location. Walking distance to Water Taxi. Boutique hotel, not a chain. Nice pool, bar area.

Negative: It was very noisy. The property next door had big barking dogs that barked non-stop from 5:30-6:30am. You have to carry your luggage up 2 long flights of stairs.

Summary: Convenient, unique, friendly boutique hotel.
