Positive: Very spacious accommodation. The style of the decor was excellent. Christmas touches were much appreciated. Excellent kitchen diner sitting room. Comfy beds. Location is really good too. This is a superb place to stay. Would definitely come here again and recommend to friends.

Negative: Only 1 carparking space. Despite emailing yourselves many times to enquire about parking an extra car I had no response. I had to phone the day before our booking and spoke to a gentleman who tried to assist. It was frustrating not getting any response to emails previously. In a property this size there are going to be occasions when 2 cars are being used. We had to use a long stay carpark near the Castle. The management also need to keep an eye on the carpark, it's scruffy with broken glass, abandoned shopping trolley and food bins, dead plants, not a good look for such a lovely accommodation.
