Positive: Louise (owner) was lovely. Lots of communication before and during our stay, but not intrusive. Tiptoe itself is lovely. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lots of love and detail has gone into the property. Lovely and welcoming for the dogs, bowls and towels available. Steeple Ashton is a lovely village and close by our family for visits. For those who need it there is a lot of guides and books to use. Kitchen is well stocked.

Negative: The weather 😂 sadly a very wet visit. Hopefully better next visit.
