This beautifully appointed top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Treasure Island offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Inside, the condo welcomes you with an open and inviting layout. The living area offers plush seating and a flat-screen TV, the perfect place to relax after a day on the sand.
When it’s time to turn in, the primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Land’s End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, tucked away at the tip of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. The Intracoastal Waterway borders the east, the Gulf of Mexico stretches along the west, and Blind Pass lies to the south. You’ll often see boats passing by and if you’re lucky, dolphins and manatees playing in the channel.
Community amenities include a large heated pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, a BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access onsite. It’s a rare combination of peaceful seclusion and resort-style recreation.
