The space
After an action packed day at Blackpool’s many attractions, retreat back to this beautiful and spacious house which is fitted with all the necessities to ensure you can relax and enjoy your break.
Situated in an enviable and quiet location, only a ten minute walk to Blackpool Tower yet away from the hustle and bustle.
The house has 4 first floor spacious bedrooms with TV’s, two en-suites, a ground floor bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower, and a separate WC. It has a well equipped and spacious kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher and a dining table which converts to a pool/table tennis table, not forgetting a 50 inch tv.
It also boasts a private back garden with a hot tub and bar.
The house has a separate games room with a range of games, including a football table, pac man arcade game, air hockey table, giant noughts and crosses, darts, large TV and various board games for your enjoyment.
We also have a separate lounge with fireplace and 65 inch tv. Here you will find the comfortable sofa bed.
There is a cot in bedroom 2 and also a travel cot and high chair/s which can be set up upon request.

Other things to note
We are located in a quiet area, therefore we do not allow groups of under 25’s only.
We have a cot located in Bedroom 2.
If you want the travel cot/high chair in addition, please let us know in advance and we will set these up for your little one.
For health and safety reasons, please bring along your own cot blankets. We provide a sheet.
Use of the outdoor area is not permitted after 10:30pm.
There are two parking spaces on the driveway of the property, and space for one car on the road.
