Positive: The cleaner was amazing, I had two booking at this hotel! I accidentally left quite a lot of gifts that I had bought for my daughters. It was 9 days before I realised that I had left Christmas Gifts for my daughters there, a friend called into the hotel with copies of my passport and all of it was kept for me. I could have cried I was so relieved. Big shout out to the cleaner on level 9 of this hotel.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like. This hotel was really clean and the bed!!!! I wished I could have shipped it home with me, same with the duvet. I will be buying a new one after staying there.
