Positive: Lubya and Marco are outstanding hosts—welcoming, kind, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home and were always happy to help with recommendations and local tips. The B&B was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel special. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. This was one of the best stays we’ve had, and it truly enhanced our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Vatìca B&B to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and comfort
