Positive: Great view. Free parking.

Negative: Not close to any restaurants or grocery stores. A 15 minute hike up a steep hillside to access. Some parts in worn condition. Pool was homemade.

Summary: A gorgeous view in a charming setting although difficult to access due to steep grades.
