Positive: We had the place all to ourselves which was lovely, the kids loved having the pool and they own room. The location for us was perfect as we wanted to explore the Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and Florence.

Negative: The main issue was the water from the shower in the bathroom with the washing machine would go all over the floor so we tried not to use this shower much. There were only a couple of little things that we sorted out pretty quickly. There was no way to light the main stove so we had to buy a gas lighter and there was no bottle opener either.

Summary: We love staying at the villa. It was a great base to explore Tuscany and surrounding regions. Definitely need a car to a
