On the first is a fully equipped kitchen (with a beautiful stone oven), a dining room, a large living room, a bathroom, and a large suite with a double bed and 1 single bed. On the upper level there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a wonderful terrace from which to enjoy the sea view. The house has a charming, refined and elegant décor. Note: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. beyond this limit, it will be charged. On arrival, payment of the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Scicli, is required, excluding children under 12 years of age.
