Wonderful villa by the lake and the beach of Alcudia.
Designer villa in the Port of Alcúdia, located a few meters from the beach of Alcúdia. Very well equipped and furnished with everything necessary for a pleasant holiday, WIFI, air conditioning and garden with private pool of 2 x 5.5 meters.
The villa, located next to Lake Mayor and also in the immediate vicinity of the area of beaches, shops, restaurants, supermarkets ... are within walking distance of the house. Outside we find a porch equipped with garden furniture, a perfect area to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue. The garden is very well kept and the pool area with artificial grass. The area is very easy to park.
Distribution:
On the ground floor we find a comfortable lounge surrounded by windows that open onto the pool and terrace. It has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, internet. Next to the living room there is a double room of 150 x 190 cm with direct access to the pool. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with high quality fittings. At the entrance along with the stairs we find a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm, with dressing room and bathroom en suite, a bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm, a bedroom with a single bed of 90 x 190 cm, and a bathroom with shower. Two of the rooms have beautiful views of Lake Maggiore.
In the outdoor area we find the terrace with table and garden chairs, as well as a chaise longue in which to enjoy the summer evenings.
