This brand new 2600 sqft, Bayview homeis the ultimate retreat for familyor multigenerationalfamily getaways hosting 12 comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Located in the premier west end island community of Pointe West you will fall in love watching the fabulous gulf sunsets with over 700 sqft of wrap around balconies, perhaps enjoying a little bay fishing or birdwatching. Waters Edge offers shaded balconies and a ground floor patio area as well as being situatedon a scenic pond; perfect for celebrating the end of the day with an evening cocktail and sunset views!The bayside pool is a quick stroll away and just across the street you will have access to the Pointe West private beach and beach club pool area..
Your vacation begins the minute you walk through the door. Start your days in the bright and airy living area, full of colorful decor and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of seating for all, whether settling in for a cozy movie night, playing a game or sharing the memories of the day's adventures. Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen withstainless steel appliancesor perhaps enjoying delicious takeout from local restaurants on the kitchen island.
With two primary suites, two bunkrooms (full over full in the first and 4 twins in second) , and a first-floor den complete with coffee bar, it comfortably sleeps 12, with room for more.(All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.

Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
