Set on a spacious 1,700 m2 private plot, Villa El Capitano boasts a modern 300 m2 interior that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four elegant, en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands, while the others overlook the villa’s lush natural surroundings.

NOTE: The villa is located in the peaceful hills of Podstrana, about 2 km above the coastal road. Please note that the access road is a bit narrow in places, so having a car is highly recommended. This quiet, elevated location offers seclusion and stunning views—but also means you're truly away from the hustle and bustle. The road ends at the villa, and beyond that, there’s only a hiking trail, making it an ideal spot for those seeking privacy and nature right at their doorstep.
