The resort provides accessible routes to the facilities and amenities, including, but not limited to, a wheelchair lift providing access from the lobby to our Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. The pool features a lift for mobility-impaired guests. Elevators are equipped with audible tones/bells or verbal annunciators to designate passage of floors. While the resort is unable to provide an accessible entrance to the beach, there is an accessible ramp to the public beach next to the resort.


A $50 credit card or $200 cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals. Cancellations for most reservations must be made
72 hours before arrival in order to avoid payment of a penalty in an amount equal to the cost of one-night room and applicable
taxes. Deposits are refundable if you cancel within your cancellation window. Certain Rate plans, including but not limited to the
Advance Purchase Rate plan, are unable to be modified, non-refundable, and require full payment at the time of booking.
Package and handling fees may apply. Must be 21 years of age or older to check in enforced.
Please be advised that the resort is currently undergoing renovations which include our balconies and patio areas in our
guestrooms. We are unable to guarantee that your assigned room will have a balcony or patio area. Construction of our parking
garage is ongoing, with a completion date of November of 2021. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A $0 nightly resort fee, plus tax, is applied to hotel reservations. This will be collected at the resort and is not included in the
deposit.
For your security and safety, reservations fully pre-paid within 48 hours of check-in date may be required to show the credit card
used to secure the reservation at the front desk upon check-in. In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date,
