The holiday apartments are located only a 5 minute walk to the seashores. There is a walking promenade (lungomare) wich is connecting all the beaches.
The living room has access to the sea-facing balcony. Private parking is at ground level. There are only 3 stairs to the entrance. The neighboring houses are not very close. There is plenty of greenery.
This apartment is the smaller of the two. It is on the side facing the sea. The two holiday apartments are both on the second floor, the rest of the house is used privately.
This one has has a living room that is equipped with a sofa (bed for 2 persons), a kitchen, one bedroom (bed for 2 persons), a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate guest toilet. The apartments are on the 2nd floor if you look from the south side. But the entrance to the house is from the north side, directly from the parking spaces - this means that the entrance is on the ground floor. Therefore, guests have to climb no stairs from their car to the apartment.
