Positive: Great location, neighborhood pool, nice walking access to the beach( lots of stairs), park, and walking trails close by.

Negative: Management was terrible and irresponsible. Our contract said we were to occupy the house at 4 pm. A few days ahead they notified my that we couldn’t check in until 6 pm. I called 2 times, left 2 messages with an outside agency that we were under contract to occupy at 4 pm. No one ever bothered to call me back. We were left 8 towels, 3 washcloths, 3 hand towels for 11 people for 5 days. There was no coffee pot or Keurig as listed in their amenities, 4 dishwasher cubes(there were 2 dishwashers) for 5 days, 11 people!!!! The hot tub was dirty, no bromine in the dispenser, we called but no one came to clean it. They brought us more towels and a coffee pot after we called to ask for them.

Summary: Nice house and location but will never rent from this management company again.
