This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1600 sq ft house with central A/C in the city of Orange near Disneyland (13 min drive), walkable restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle (15-20 min walk, 5 min drive), Newport and Huntington Beaches (25-30 min drive, we have beach chairs and toys on request), if you’re going to the World Cup, SoFi stadium is about an hour away in car. This is a single level house that can fit 6 adults comfortably with a large bedroom with king bed and a queen bed. The queen bed in the master bedroom is located in a smaller space off of the walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchen is spacious with a large bar, oven, stovetop and all the cooking essentials. The living room has plenty of seating, TV and high speed internet access. A large patio space with grill and seating for enjoying pleasant California nights. Washer/drier combo is accessed through the second bathroom off the kitchen. There is a driveway with space available for 2 vehicles as well as street parking. There is a second home (Attached Dwelling Unit) on the property, but is unoccupied throughout summer 2026 so the backyard will be entirely private.
Guests will have unshared access to the entire home and outdoor space. The garage and ADU will be closed off.

On Thursdays their is street cleaning. Please remember to not park on the street from 12pm-4:00pm. We are not responsible for any tickets received during your stay.
We will provide shampoo, soap, towels and bed linens during your stay. You will be responsible for additional toilet paper and paper towels beyond the first week.
