The condo has a boutique hotel feeling with pool and views of the beach and coast. Two blocks away you can try your luck at the Hotel San Juan and Casino and also across the street there is a grocery shop in case you run out of wine. Everything you need in one place!

The room set up includes: the master bedroom, with a king bed, the second bedroom with two full beds and a TV, and the third bedroom with two full beds and TV also. All bedrooms have black outs for your sleeping enjoyment. The living area includes a large balcony which faces Isla Verde Beach, and a large kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Everything is new, since the building in only a few years old! There is a separate laundry room. There is cable and internet wifi, 3 LCD flat panel large TV's. The apartment has a gym, one parking spot inside the building.
