It is situated on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island, overlooks Emerald Walk Park, and has boardwalk access to the beach. It is conveniently located to water sports of all kinds, fishing, golf, fine restaurants, great shopping and many other local attractions for all ages with varied interests.

Summary: This property has multiple hands in the pot. The property was located through VRBO (and happy it was!). I was also contacted by a company called Red Awning (the owning company that advertised through VRBO, maybe?), and finally contacted by the on-site company, Holiday Isle Properties. Although multiple companies, the check-in process was great and easy. We even checked-in late as our plane landed at 10:30 PM. Holiday Isle left us a check-in packet on our kitchen counter and text us our key pad code for the condo door. The efficiency condo itself was cute as a button with amazing ocean views. It was just large enough for my husband and I and much needed for a quick get away for some rest and relaxation for a few days. However, there is information that you all need to know in preparation for your stay that was not conveyed by any of the three companies that handled this property! I assumed the condo would have all that was needed for a 3 night stay, so my husband and I did not rent a car. We just Uber'd over to the island after landing with the intent of going nowhere for our stay but the grocery. There are two coffee pots, one automatic drip and one Keurig, but no coffee, not even enough for the first morning. So, after Uber'ing to a Publix, we get back to the condo only to find no coffee mugs:-(Although, there were 2 drinking glasses and 2 wine glasses.)We went to the office to inquire and they gave us a few styrofoam cups. The ladies in the office were very sweet (and not their fault?), but it would be really easy and inexpensive to make some of the guests a little more apt for a return stay. Other things you need to know, they do not supply or rent beach towels. There is a place to rent umbrellas and beach chairs but you are not allowed to take down to the beach, condo towels. There was no paper towels on arrival and one roll of toilet paper. You have a microwave, small fridge/freezer with two ice trays, and a few dishes and pots and pans. There is a stove top with two burners but no oven. There is only one outside chair for the balcony. I felt bad for taking one of the inside chairs outside as it is covered with cloth that is not outside material. There is NO HAIRDRYER for the ladies! I just couldn't believe that. Such and inexpensive gesture. Also, a side note, there is no bench outside the front of condo to wit for your Uber or taxi ride. Nice condo, but is slightly lacking for a perfect review.
