Welcome to After Dune Delight! Located in the exclusive Beachside Village neighborhood, our "delightful home" is a short 3 minute walk to the beach. This large two-story and newly-constructed beach home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can fit up to 14 people. It is perfect for large families, families with children, or a large group coming to the beach.
Beachside Village is one of Galveston's most popular and newer upscale neighborhoods, with picturesque, idyllic, colorful, coastal homes, all on stilts and all built with strict Victorian-style architecture. Beachside Village is close to town and all that Galveston has to offer - only a short ride to Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, The Historic Pleasure Pier, Historic Strand and Post Office Districts.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 would need to be approved. We but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
