Positive: Staff was nice enough

Negative: Hard to get in and out of room..after we announced we would be there between 3-4PM, when we arrive, the computer was down. And they told us to come back 30 minutes later so we had to figure out what to do for 30 minutes. When we got back, computer was still down and then they offered us the key to the room anyway. It would’ve been nice if they did that right away when we first came since we did have our confirmation and payment confirmed on our end. The beds were too high and I was disabled so it was hard for me to get in and out of bed and the mattresses were too hard.

Summary: I probably will not use again.
