Welcome to our easygoing home - the ideal place to settle in, spread out and enjoy everything the Bay of Islands has to offer. It's not a luxury villa, but it is the kind of place where you instantly feel at home: clean, spacious, practical, and set up with all the comforts you'd expect from a lived-in Kiwi household.
This standalone home is spacious, comfortable and set up for easy holiday living. It has two generous bedrooms - a king room with its own private deck/patio, and a queen room - plus one bath/shower room with a separate toilet. The cosy lounge has comfy couches and a smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar, and the dining room seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays. Off-street parking is available for two cars.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Paihia, it's just 10 minutes' walk to Te Haumi Beach, and a 30-minute walk to the bars and restaurants on Kings Road (you can walk along the beach at low tide).
Guests have the entire house to themselves with no shared spaces. You'll have full access to the living area, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, outdoor areas and both bedrooms.

Our water pressure isn't great here - you'll get a passable shower, but it's nothing to write home about! :)
