There is a boat dock available at an extra cost with electric and water provided. The boat size can be up to 30 feet. There is an amazing huge pool on the grounds also. This home is located on the Atlantic ocean side with direct access to the ocean. There is marina one channel away for boat gas. There are so so many amazing restaurants within a few miles either direction, Many charters available also in the area. We recommend Kay K IV at the Whale Harbor marina. The water here is so amazingly clear and a stunning turquoise color, there are so many reefs within a few miles for snorkeling or diving. Its an experience that will keep you coming back year after year.
