Positive: Apartment was lovely

Negative: The weather was so cold and there is no extra blankets or bedding to be found, the bed quilt was so thin and the air conditioning heater didn’t work, came home so poorly, been back a week now and I am still not well, feel like I need some kind of compensation as this has ruined a good weekend and don’t want to be ill for Christmas
