Other things to note
● The accommodation is only for 2 people
●You enter the roof garden to water the plants and feed Tortus! every 2 days. Approximately at 8:00 pm. A message is sent to you via the platform before you enter.
●Garbage must be disposed of in a closed bag in the garbage containers located in Basement 1.
●Amenities: Shampoo, body soap, toilet paper, hand soap are provided for 1-week stays. For longer stays, the amenities are at the guest's expense.
●Free Wi-Fi with a speed of 100 mbp. TV with Netflix, Prime, YouTube, 105 channels, etc.
●Toilet paper should be thrown in the trash can. Refrain from putting toilet paper down the toilet as it will clog it.
●If you want to use the washing machine, you must send a message to indicate where the water intake is located. Use liquid detergent, not powder. Before starting your wash, you must remove the items that are on it for proper operation.
● Smoking is only allowed in the Balcony or Roof Garden area
●If you want to stay with a pet, you must notify us in advance as there is an extra cost. Only small pets that are well trained and relieve themselves outside the premises are allowed.
● The apartment has personal belongings that do not affect your stay.
● In the Roof Garden there is a wine cellar that is closed and only service personnel can enter.
