The Bahama House is a stunning 2,500-square-foot beachfront retreat designed for comfort, convenience, and effortless island living. The home features air conditioning throughout, a brand-new (2024) full-house generator, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, a garbage disposal, and a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser.
The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, highlighted by cathedral ceilings, a charming cupola, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans. Guests can relax with a flat-screen TV, stay connected with Wi-Fi, or make use of the desk equipped with a VHF radio for island communication. A dedicated laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, along with an additional full-size freezer for extra storage.
