Parking: 2 cars in the driveway. The garage is a game room.

- Parking is limited to the driveway only. The few spaces in the middle are reserved strictly for day guests and maintenance teams. No overnight parking is allowed in these middle spots; vehicles parked overnight will be towed at the owner`s expense.
- New trash dumpsters have been installed. Please place all trash bags directly into the dumpsters, not left outside. Signs have been posted on the trash enclosure doors as a reminder.
