Bamboo flooring + tiling. Underfloor heating, DSL and Wifi connection, TV.
Upstairs: bedroom with bed 160 x 200, 1 dressing table, 1 secretary desk and 2
chairs. Dressing room, separate WC and shower room. (Hair dryer, board and iron
to redo).
The windows of both levels face south with beautiful views of the garden, the pool and the banks of the river.
Outside, access by an old stone staircase to the terrace with plunge pool, table, chairs, umbrella, etc and to the garden and the large swimming pool (6m x 12,50m) of 2,40m deep. Access to the pool is secured by a fence and an approved gate.
Private parking.
There are no other tenants in this big house so the pool is not to share. The owners bathe there when the tenants do not use it.
