This beach house offers panoramic views and a 5-minute walk to Hen Cove beach.
The home can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2-3 children.
The main floor features the Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and its own ductless wall-mount air conditioner. The adjoining Master Bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The main floor living area has a roomy kitchen with an island, dishwasher, and lots of meal prep counter space. The open floor plan transitions to the family room with 8 large windows overlooking the cove. The view is amazing whether enjoying coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset, or simply relaxing and watching TV. There is plenty of seating with a leather sectional, basket weave chairs, and extra counter space with stools. There is a wall-mounted Samsung LED TV that does not interfere with the view. The wall-mounted, ductless, remote-operated A/C unit gives you the option to enjoy summer breezes or cool air conditioning. A great combination of marine views and modern comfort.
The lower level has a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed and portable air conditioner. There is an additional room on the lower level that is used as a bedroom area with a bunk bed and fold-up single bed. The lower level has its own bathroom with a shower and outside access.
Outside the home is a patio with Weber gas grill, gas fire pit table, and Adirondack chairs.
You can walk to the beach, kayak around the cove (both a 2-person, and single kayak are available), golf at several nearby courses, or enjoy day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Area restaurants include the Chart Room and Lobster Trap. Graziella’s Pizza and the Corner Café are within walking distance for breakfast and lunch. The house has parking for three cars.
