Also, relax day or night in your own private pool and cabana with a full outdoor bathroom or head out to the many beautiful beaches along the coastline that are within 5 mins of our home for a day of surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing.
This home is fully furnished with kitchen appliances, furniture throughout, a backup GENERAC GENERATOR with an automatic switch and a backup 600 gallon STAINLESS STEEL WATER RESERVE TANK with an automatic switch. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, including the common areas of the house, and ceiling fans in every room. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has [2] twin sized beds - both with wall to wall closets. You will enjoy the use of the washer/dryer located in the laundry room. On the second floor you can relax with the family and use our SmartTV or watch movies on the DVD player. DVD movies are also available for your use. You also have access to the beautiful terrace from the 2nd Floor.
