Summary: It was a relatively comfortable stay, however, what we didn’t realise or expect was the level of noise, this was very much like stepping into a playground during a lunch break, checking in was difficult to be heard, the reception though was warm & welcoming & when shown to the lifts & opened for us, a child then stepped in ahead of us with our luggage, the corridor on our level was also too dark, folk with any kind of vision impairment would really struggle with this, sadly it’s not going to be a recommendation for me, we came away for a tour of various locations for relaxation, which just wasn’t on offer here, room given was also an adjoining room which had lacked sound proofing, sitting on the toilet was also an experience, the sound level out in the corridor felt that you were out there with them ! It’s not somewhere I’d rebook unfortunately.
