Amenities include heated pool (April-October), year-round hot tub, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, pickleball and bocci ball courts. Our home has two oceanside decks plus a courtyard patio with a grill. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace while watching for whales in the winter. Rejuvenate yourself with long lazy beach days in the summer. Our hospitality can't be beat. Make use of the washer/dryer, Roku, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, coffee and the like. Enjoy the many games and puzzles while watching the waves. Our home is a split-level floor plan so be prepared for several steps between each level. We have a Ring video doorbell. Finally, absolutely no pets per HOA rules.
