All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 4 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
PARKING:
Two designated garage parking spaces, one on the right and one on the left. Street parking when available, both metered and unmetered.
LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities are available in each residence. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
