Positive: The view and location were phenomenal!

Negative: There was repairs with a jackhammer that was outside our unit next to the window daily. Couldn’t sleep in the morning awaken by loud jackhammer noise at 8 am every day. The building is old and has a musty smell and air conditioning is on HVAC so no control of air. Lounge chair in living room needs to be deep cleaned. Doors should be put up on closets instead of curtains it makes it look cheap.
