Positive: The rating MUST be based on what you get for how much you pay. Not on comparing everything to Hilton. That said, for half the price of a regular 2-3* hotel in the area: - It's very clean inside (not on the common stairs outside) - It's spacious - Proper bathroom - It's friendly decorated - The location is close to the city center - The kitchen is very well equipped for those who use it - Plenty of space for luggage - Big ass TV - The host is extremely friendly

Negative: There is a bar with loud music right underneath and a street with light to moderate traffic BUT: - The music is not that loud and stops around 2AM. My friend could sleep easily without earplugs - I needed earplugs (plenty provided by the host; or bring your own) and all was good - The street looks dull (at least in the Winter) - The window shades were a bit hard to pull but they did the job Notes: - No elevator and about 20 narrow steps to climb. We had only cabin trolleys so all was good - The upper bedroom is right under the roof (no A/C, just a fan) so it might be a bit hot in peak summer - The sofa bed is a bit consumed, don't expect equal comfort on both sides. Sleep with the head towards the TV and it's gonna be fine
