Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment is cozy and spacious with a small garden, perfectly suited for business trips.

Negative: The apartment is poorly soundproof, so you have to be resistant and have a deep sleep. For solo female travelers the door to the garden is not as safe as I would have wished it to be. But I did not experience any problems or insecurities.

Summary: Good place for conferences at the neighbouring university.
