The village of Monterosso is a pedestrian zone. If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from Monterosso train station along the seafront. If you ARRIVE BY CAR, there is a paid parking lot at the entrance to the village (LORETO PARKING) just a 5-minute walk from the apartment where you can park your car for €25 per day for the first two days and then €10 per day from the third day onwards.

CHECK-IN is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- For arrivals after 6:00 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays, a remote check-in via video call will be arranged and the keys will be available in the “key locker box” at the entrance to the building.
- The Municipality of Monterosso has recently introduced a “tourist tax” of €3 per person (over the age of 12) for the first 3 days of your stay. The “tourist tax” will be collected in cash from the guest upon arrival and a receipt will be issued on behalf of the municipality.
