Summary: The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was kind of small for my parents, who both use a walker. The beds were much too high. We had to ask for a footstool just so they could get into the bed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. We asked for a room on the ground floor and that was not a problem.
