• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. o Disturbances such as excessive barking or aggressive behavior are not permitted.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding outdoor areas.
o Any pet-related damage will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be leashed when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, and termination of the rental agreement without refund (in severe cases)
