Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Fantastic views over the Masai Mara and the staff were very attentive- in particular Evans in guest relations who was a superstar! The Safari guide Kinanta was super knowledgeable and showed us some amazing sights around the reserve. Food was nice but lacked choices.

Negative: This is one of the more expensive properties and the price does not reflect the facilities. Very limited selection of alcoholic drinks, no choice of food at dinner, one hairdryer between all of the guest rooms, safari truck was very old and repeatedly broke down on safari.

Summary: Super staff, wonderful location but food and drink selection needs improving for such an expensive Lodge
