Positive: Very new and clean property, parking provided, can visit their farm, very nice scenery, cool and fresh air, good view from the condominium.. 5 mins walk to pickleball court, cafe , farm.. Can also drive around 5 mins to convenient store, vegetable stalls and other restaurants.. Facilities are quite good, i.e. swimming pool, gym, playground, etc.. Staffs are helpful.. Mineral water bottles and some snacks are provided..

Negative: Parking very narrow (weird route) for MPV car..
