It's a great base from which to explore the many beautiful little places all around the bay of Kotor such as Kumbor, Baošići, Perast, Kotor & Tivat as well as Herceg Novi & it's Old Town. A car is an excellent advantage but Public transport is frequent and cheap as well as several local Taxi firm's. The property benefits from Air Conditioning in the living area and bedroom for efficient cooling and heating, as well as under floor heating to keep you comfortable at any time of the year.
